Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil is the Principal of Merlynn Acquisitions - a Baltimore-based real estate private equity firm. Merlynn Acquisitions partners with both retail and professional athlete investors on value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments that provide strong risk-adjusted returns. Yannik began his journey as an Asset Manager by trade for both institutional and retail private equity firms, with portfolio values of over $2B+. Given his experience, he leverages his expertise to operate assets efficiently - while increasing its performance.
Prior to real estate, Yannik retired from the NFL in 2017. He has successfully translated his work ethic, discipline and leadership skills into the world of business and entrepreneurship. Yannik hold a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park (14).
